This Second Edition is published in five formats, (HTML, PDF, ePub, azw3, and mobi) and posted on the ASSTR website.

Published on 05 April 2019, it contains corrections in text, corrections in matters of continuity, grammatical corrections, and has a new Afterword.

The First Edition was released to the public on 14 March 2019 and posted on the ASSTR website.
