Release Notes

Fourth Edition

First published as a serial in HTML format on the ASSTR website starting in September 2013. The final chapter was posted online in June of 2014.

The first self-publication in the PDF and ebook formats, of the complete book has a publication date is 14 June 2014. Subsequent releases have followed to correct deficiencies in the original text. The PDF and ebook versions differ in placement of, the number of, and the numbering style of, the footnotes. Photographs set as hyperlinks in the HTML are now included in within the document, at the end of the chapters where the item is first mentioned.

The second release and revision has a publication date of 02 January 2015.

The third release and revision has a publication date of 24 May 2015. Photographs are now set as hyperlinks in the HTML are now included in within the document, in the images section at the end of the book.

Format update 23 April 2017.

The fourth release and revision has a publication date of 30 May 2017. Varios portions of text where added, changed, and deleted. Six hyperlinks were repair and/or modified. Punctuation was repaired.

Small formatting changes in the ebooks and PDF versions. Major textual corrections due to bad HTML code in the web version. All posted on 14 February 2018.

The Fifth Edition: 11 July 2019. Major textual changes made, in issue of Philippine citizenship requiring new text and removal of other sections. Added material, grammatical corrections and continuity fixes.
