I acknowledge that this story is heavily influenced by parts of the huge unpublished fantasy story ‘The Gang’ by Kelly Slimspank. The author communicated with me from time to time and we discussed plot ideas. She sent me copies of her stories ( 521 in total ) until they ceased coming and she disappeared. The longest work I have ever written was just over thirty chapters, so to write so many chapters of ‘The Gang’ is an amazing achievement. I only wish she had continued to published them, instead of withdrawing the early published chapters. In homage to ‘The Gang’!

Gaining intimate knowledge of the local terrain is an invaluable aid, especially so when spying on or raiding other gangs in unfamiliar surroundings. Cathy Rykkvin the girl Sergeant of the Riverview Gang had given the Hillcrest Gang exactly that sort knowledge and that had led to this current situation.

The Hillcrest gang had an excellent view as they lay on a low bluff overlooking the old boat shed on the edge of the river that was currently hosting the initiation of new members of the Riverview Gang. The river wasn’t large or wide at this location. Not far down river from the old boat shed, two streams fed into it; making the river broaden out. The shore of the river near the boat shed was littered with evidence of years of use which had caused most of the local vegetation to disappear leaving an open section of grassed land surrounding the old boat shed that served as the Riverview gangs club house.

A couple of derelict boats, were marooned in the muddy banks of the river near the clubhouse, perhaps a hangover from the days the clubhouse had hosted boats, not the Riverside gang. A small wooden pier ran past the side of the old shed out over the water; giving the Riverview Gang an attractive location for the boys and girls of the gang to run and jump into the water. Trees and bushes and long grass ran along both sides of the river except around the clubhouse, secluding the gangs clubhouse totally from view unless you were actually on the river.

As the cheers and wails mingled with the sounds of bottoms being smacked rose to a crescendo inside the clubhouse, everyone in the Riverview Gang was too distracted by the entertaining spectacle of the current initiation ceremony drawing to its conclusion to notice that the Hillcrest gang had moved off the low bluff and were quietly approaching the outside of the clubhouse. This was just as Cathy had predicted!

Todd Randal the boy Lieutenant of the Hillcrest gang opened the door, and the gang walked in to the Riverview gangs midst with gang Captain Kate Miller who had led them in, striding confidently at the front. Her entire gang, minus only her girl Lieutenant Emma Marks who had stayed back in reserve as lookout, had followed in her wake.

“Attention everybody, please!” Kate shouted, she was alive with excitement.

The raucous activity of the final stages of the initiation ceremony stopped immediately!

This voice was unfamiliar in this clubhouse, however it carried great authority. The scene froze briefly, before motion returned; slower, more cautious, more nervous motion. The initiates, now dressed, were released, boys and girls turned towards the unknown intruder, but the silence prevailed.

“We have been spying on you and know what you have been doing to these new initiants. We also recorded the entire initiation via Bluetooth and now that recording is on its way to a safe place where you will not find it” Kate turned her head from side to side as she spoke, trying to catch as many eyes as possible, looking to see if any member of the Riverview Gang saw through her lie. Todd Randal her boy Lieutenant walked over to a shelf in a far corner of the room and pretended to remove a small camera, which in fact he had conceived in his hand till that moment. Kate was gratified to see that as she looked around the room, all the eyes slid guiltily away from hers; no one held her gaze. “What will your parents think when they find out what you’ve been up to? What will the police think if any of these initiants press charges? “

Heads turned and looked around, suddenly the boys and girls started to think about what it was they had been doing; how they may have gone too far in stripping the initiants naked, even if that had been tradition and their fate in the past when they had been initiated.

Cathy Rykkvin stood frozen, trying to appear as nervous as the rest of the gang. She had planned this; she had given the Hillcrest gang the inside information to be able to stage this raid, and it was she who was likely to take the brunt of the blame if word got out of her role. Her joy and excitement at the prospect of seizing power, she tried to bury, instead, she allowed only a look of miserable gloom to show on her face.

Rob Petersen the Captain of the Riverview Gang stepped forward, “What the fuck are you doing here? It’s none of your business how we initiate? How about we strip you next for interrupting our initiation ceremony?” he said.

The Riverview Gang cheered his suggestion.

Kate let him and the cheers finish, keeping her gaze levelled steadily at Rob the whole time.

Todd Randal the boy Lieutenant stepped up closer, ready to protect Kate if need be.

Kate raised a hand and stabbed Rob in the chest with a finger “Are you going to give me trouble Rob?” she asked as the rest of the Hillcrest gang stepped up behind their Captain. Her insistent stabbing drove Rob back a couple of paces, Kate’s gang way outnumbered his own and that plus the fact that there was something very commanding in her voice!

Kate stared at Rob and remained silent and as she had hoped, Rob’s confidence broke!

“No...” he said unsteadily.

Rob retreated a bit further and dropped his head in shame at his backdown.

“You, you, you, you and you!” said Kate pointing at Rob Petersen, then Jack Lambert, then Ian Ridge, then Aksel Larsen and finally Cathy Rykkvin, “Over here, all of you!” The leaders were all easy to pick out as they were wearing the colored sashes that indicated rank in the Riverview Gang for the initiation ceremony. Blue for the Captain, Red for the Lieutenants, Green for the Sergeants.

As Cathy stopped in front of Kate, she was feeling very nervous. So much so she couldn’t lift her head to look at Kate or her other four gang members.

“Riverview Gang .... Attention!” barked Kate. “Salute your officers as they leave and when I come back out of the officers room, I want to see every one of you boys and girls of the Riverview Gang still standing at attention, waiting to salute your gangs officers when they return. No one disobeyed her order, they just stood, at attention, looking deflated, fearful, but not yet totally obedient to their recently changed circumstances!

“You five come with me!” ordered Kate as she walked into the back room of the clubhouse, a room that was usually the exclusive private domain of the gangs three boy officers, Rob, Jack and Ian. Aksel and Cathy as Sergeants were seldom allowed in there.

Aksel as the boy Sergeant yelled out “Salute” as the three officers left in front of him and Cathy. The whole of the Riverview Gang did as ordered, saluting their Captain Rob and Lieutenants Jack and Ian as they left the main room behind Kate.

Todd Randal and six other Hillview gang members entered behind the Riverview leaders and closed the door, leaving the larger remainder of the Hillcrest gang to watch over the assembled Riverview Gang.

As soon as the door was closed, Kate walked purposefully towards Rob. She stood directly in front of him, poked him in the chest again and said “You, strip!”

Rob hesitated; this situation where he was not in control terrified him, Kate terrified him, he was the gangs Captain; almost a man for God’s sake, there was no way he would do as Kate had ordered and take his clothes off in front of his Lieutenants, Sergeants and the Hillcrest gang members who were present. Rob stood up and stood quietly and fearfully, hoping not to be noticed, but it was a forlorn hope!

“Jack Lambert” Rob commanded, “By the power invested in me as Captain of the Riverview gang, I herby demote you from the rank of Lieutenant. You now hold no rank or privileges and are demoted to Private Member”, Rob then removed the Lieutenants red sash from over the shoulder of the fuming Jack Lambert!

“Right Jack, demotion is not enough, you need to learn some additional lessons in obedience. Todd, take the rest of our gang in here and take Jack to that table over there, strip him naked and hold him down on the table, shave him bald below the neck and beat him. Amy you have the riding crop?” asked Kate.

‘Yes” replied Amy.

“Tina the shaving kit?”

“Yep” said Tina holding up the kit.

“Once he is naked and bald I want you to keep beating him until he’s bawling his eyes out like a little baby. When you’ve done bring him back to me and I’ll see if he wants another dose or if his attitude has improved” stated Kate.

By this time, Ian was also naked, so Kate left Jack to her gang and sat down in the comfy old lounge chair that had been Robs and watched Ian wank off. “Rob, do your duty and demote Ian to Private just like you did to Jack” Kate ordered.

Soon, Ian had joined Jack in being totally demoted and loosing all his status and privileges.

“Well done Rob, but from what I have seen here today, I don’t think you deserve to hold the rank of Captain, I think you should be demoted to Private as well, what do you think?” asked Kate with a wry smile!

“Um...” began Rob, he didn’t know what to say, Kate still terrified him. He desperately wanted to remain Captain but was resigned to Kate’s decision, he had no real choice or alternative.

“You don’t think much do you Rob? ” said Kate “Your a boy, so I guess your thinking’s done mostly with this” she stated as she patted Rob’s willy gently “And even then it’s not what you’d call intellectual type thinking is it Rob?”

“Um...” Rob stated again but didn’t know what to say.

“Well let’s get a second opinion” said Kate looking at Cathy, “What do you think Cathy, should Rob resign and appoint you the new Captain of the Riverview Gang? Rob, Jack and Ian have all proven to me that they are not good officers”.

Cathy feigned surprise, “Me, Captain ... I hadn’t thought about that happening, but you are right, the three of them are all such little boys, I could do a much better job if I was made Captain!”

“What do you think Aksel? “Repeat after me, Rob” Cathy asserted, “By the power invested in me as Captain of the Riverview gang, I do hereby promote Cathy Rykkvin to the rank of Captain to succeed me with all the powers and privileges of that rank and I hereby resign the rank of Captain".

Reluctantly Rob slowly repeated what Kate had instructed him to say.

After Rob had finished speaking, Kate ordered Aksel to remove Cathy’s green Sergeants sash and ordered Rob to remove his blue Captains sash and place it over Cathy’s left shoulder.

As soon as this was done, Cathy took control and ordered, “Private Rob Petersen you will stand at attention whilst your pubes and pit hair is removed"

She looked over at Tina who responded and came straight over with the shaving kit and knelt down in front of Rob and within five or six minutes had him as bald as Jack and Ian, shaving off the small patches of hair in his arm pits, his bush of pubic hair, the hairs on his scrotum and even the sparse downy hairs that had started to grow on his thighs.

Aksel Larsen opened the door from the back officers room into the Riverview gangs main room, and walked out shouting ‘attention’. He was fully dressed and was wearing the red sash of the gangs Lieutenant. Only minutes ago his new Captain, Cathy Rykkvin had promoted him from Sergeant to Lieutenant.

The red sash was instantly recognizable and there was a hushed murmur from the assembled members of the Riverview gang as they noticed it on Aksel instead of being worn by either Jack Lambert or Ian Ridge who were the two Lieutenants of the gang. The assembled membership had wondered what had been going on in the back officers room, behind closed doors, as it had been at least forty five minutes since their gangs senior officers and a group of Hillcrest gang members had disappeared into there!

There were loud gasps and verbal exclamations from the assembled members and even some giggling from the girl members when their Captain Rob Peterson and his two Lieutenants Jack Lambert and Ian Ridge stepped through the doorway into their presence, totally naked!The three blushing and humiliated boys followed immediately behind the Captain of the Hillcrest gang, Kate Miller and Cathy Rykkvin, who was now wearing the blue Captains sash of the Riverview gang.

The group coming in from the back officers room stopped just inside the main room, facing the assembled members of the Riverview gang, leaving just enough room behind them for the support group of Hillcrest gang members who brought up the rear.

Pay attention!” announced Kate “In my new position as your Captain General, I want to advise you that whilst we were in the back room, Rob Peterson demoted Jack Lambert and Ian Ridge to Private members and then resigned his rank of Captain and promoted Cathy Rykkvin to replace him and be your new Captain.”

There was an outburst of shocked voices at this news, forcing Kate to pause and order “Quite!” before continuing, “Cathy has promoted Aksel Larsen to the rank of Lieutenant. She will soon announce and promote two girls from your ranks, one to the new position of girl Lieutenant and the other to Sergeant.”

Kate paused for a few seconds to let those significant changes sink in, then continued, “From now on in the Riverview gang, boys are to do as the girls say, for too long it has been the other way around. As Cathy is now in charge of this gang, you will take your orders from her.”

Kate looked round for any sign of dissent, but the boys were utterly subdued, looking totally shocked at this turn of events, the girls however had smiles appearing on their faces.

“Rob, Jack and Ian, step forward and face your fellow gang members,” Kate ordered.

The three naked and blushing boys came forward looking scared, totally exposing their naked bodies, none dared to look directly at any of the gang members.

“Let this be a visual warning to any member of this gang of the consequences of disobeying Cathy.” Kate warned. Cathy then took over, “Rob!” she asked.

“Why are you blushing Rob?” asked Cathy “Surely it’s only natural that a girl should be in charge.”

Rob looked uncertain; he wasn’t sure what to say In response to Cathy’s statement. He couldn’t bring himself to look directly at her. “Um... yeh... I guess” he managed in the end.

“So why are you blushing?” asked Cathy.

“Why are you naked Rob?” asked Cathy.

“Because I’m being punished Mam” Rob replied.

“Are you blushing because you are ashamed that all the gang can now see your bald little willy and balls? Is that why you’re blushing.” Cathy asked.

Rob lifted his head and looked at Cathy, blushing even deeper as he did so “Yes” he mumbled.

He desperately hoped that this would be the full extent of his ongoing humiliation and that Cathy would now reserve her worst for the others in the gang, but that was not to be!

They stood at attention in front of her and saluted, grinning, each hoping that they were going to be one of the two chosen to fill the vacant promotion positions.

Instead of addressing the three girls however, Cathy addressed her assembled gang. “All the boys in the gang, will now be required to make your oaths in turn, one by one, overseen by one of the girls in the gang. Any boy here that does not want to get naked and swear the oath like Rob just did may step forward now and make their objections known to me or forever hold your tongue.”

There was muttering as the boys in the gang exchanged glances, worried looks, indignation, no one wanted to strip naked but no one wanted to be the first one to object, so many of the boys attempted to encourage others to step forward. No one however dared!

Unlike the boys, the girls in the gang were showing great enthusiasm for Cathy’s directive.

“Good, then, despite your muttering, I take it you are all happy to strip naked and swear your oaths” Cathy said to the troop when no one actually had the courage to object or come forward to confront her.

“Girls, I need to talk with my girl Corporals in the officers room, so whilst I am in there, if any of you have any problems with any of the boys stripping totally naked or taking their oaths, please bring the boy to Rob and I will deal with them personally when I return. Most of the Hillcrest gang will be staying in here as well to assist you if the need arises. Please split up girls, each of you take charge of a small group of boys, then have all the boys strip naked before any one of them takes the oath. Rob take these copies of the oath and pass them out to the girls and wander around your boys whilst they are stripping and taking their oaths and make sure they are doing it properly.” Cathy ordered.

The girls of the Riverview gang excitedly acknowledged Cathy’s instruction.

Kate then added, “Girls, keep the boys naked after they take their oaths, I want to check out what each boy has been hiding under his clothes before they can dress again”.

“Nice” said Cathy.

“Thanks” said Kate.

The girls then began to herd the boys into small groups, ready for the boys to take their oaths. Each girl took about half a dozen boys, and began to order the boys in their group to strip naked so they could swear their new oaths.

“Girls, please go into the officers room where we can have a little talk” Cathy directed her three Corporals.

“Aksel come in with me please” Cathy ordered. Todd from the Hillcrest gang and four other Hillcrest gang girls that he selected followed the others back into the officers room.

As soon as the door was closed, Cathy addressed Kate, “These three” said Cathy, addressing Kate, “Are the most senior girls in this gang after myself, and therefore the most likely to be promoted to the vacant Lieutenant and Sergeant positions. May I introduce the girl corporals, Chari Hunter, Crystal Douglas and Patty Sonnenburg.”

“Nice to meet you girls,” Kate responded, “Tell me please, how old are you?”

“12” replied Chari, “13” replied Crystal, “12 in two months” replied Patty.

“So your still 11, Patty?” asked Kate.

“Yes, but nearly 12” replied Patty stropilly.

“A nice mix of ages, 11 to 13. Tell me have any of you been seen naked by a boy?” Kate casually asked.

The three girls all blushed at the question and all three denied ever being naked in front of a boy except for the time when they had been initiated into the Riverview club.

To prove this point, anyone of you who doesn’t do as they’re told will be sorry. I am after officers who will be strong enough to single out troublemakers for punishment. As Cathy watched the pretty blonde teenager from her grade start to undress, she glanced at her feet. "Nice pink toenail polish Crystal”

Chari was not far behind Crystal in starting to undress and had already discarded her sneakers and was bending down to pull her white socks off when Cathy looked at her. She was a year younger than Crystal and Cathy, but already had slim well shaped legs and pretty feet, but unlike Crystal her toenails were bare.

Patty was the last to start undressing, finally she bent over and removed her shoes and socks revealing toenails painted with pink polish.

Cathy looked at her toenails with disapproval, “ Your only 11 Patty, that’s a bit young for toe polish I think, remove it tonight please when you get home.”

“I’m nearly 12,” Patty asserted defiantly!

“Tonight, that’s an order” Cathy asserted!

By this time, Crystal had unbuttoned her pink blouse and shrugged it off. Her face was red with shame as she stood in her jeans and white bra. She licked her lips nervously. She wasn't the only one licking their lips. Her small round breasts thrust tight against her thin silk bra.

At the same time Chari had slowly unbuttoned her blouse and shrugged it off her shoulders.
