Caught Chapter 2:
The island was
divided between two warring tribes and had been so for many decades.
The Galateans were in the majority occupying the almost three quarters
of the land, had been the traditional rulers for centuries and believed
the rebel Shagens were lesser beings and only good for menial tasks and
service. The rebellion by the Shagens 40 years previously had only been
partially successful and there were regular skirmishes between the two
tribes as the ruling Galateans would never accept or acknowledge the
breakaway nation.
The Chief of the Galateans had vowed to
defeat and subdue the rebel tribe but knew all out war would cause long
lasting problems so adopted a step by step approach. He likened it to
turning a screw gradually until they gave in and accepted the
inevitable. have
It was almost a rite of passage tradition
for teenage lads from the Shagens to run the line between the two areas
and try and break or steal something from their enemies. Often little
groups crossed the border in darkness to prove themselves. Unbeknownst
however to Kevin and his friend Martin that the night they chose, the
Galatean chief had ordered a crackdown. Normally if boys were caught,
they were given a caning and sent back, tonight would be different.
The boys who were both 15 and had decided to try and cross the border
line in order to come back with a something that could prove they had
got successfully over - like a poster, sign etc.
They headed
out once it was dark and on reaching the border slipped through one of
the many holes in the fence. They entered a small town, it was 1am and
all was quiet, they found it quite eerie. As they wandered the empty
streets, they whispered to each other excitedly but nervous too. What
they did not know was that they were being watched and had been since
they had crossed the border. Over the next few minutes, they didn't
know what got them, a group of men appeared, they were grabbed thrown
in the back of a van and soon were being driven away. The boys were now
really scared.
They did not date speak and soon found
themselves at a detention facility matched in one by one and locked in
a cell alone. Over the next few hours both were questioned.
Morning came and after being fed the 2 boys were reunited in a room
where a senior army officer stood. They were stood p in front of him.
Each looking at a floor not knowing what to expect but knew that
previous boys who had been caught had been given a harsh caning before
being sent back.
"Look up" said the officer " and listen.
You are in serious trouble and will be punished. The Chief has ordered
you are brought before him to decide your punishment personally as he
is angry at this continuous line of silly boys crossing the border
illegally. He has decided that this will stop once and for all and will
make an example of you so that all Shagens will realise that they do
not have the power and need to submit to us. Today will be a day you
will regret trying to be bold young men."
With those words
ringing in their ears the boys were forced to follow him down a passage
to another car where they were transported to the Chiefs palace. They
were led into an underground cell area. Higher up the Chief was being
informed about them and given the details of who these boys were. He
was delighted when told that Kevin was the youngest son of one of the
Shagen leaders, perfect for his plans. Poor Kevin was oblivious to this
as he waited in silence below.
The orders came and upstairs
a camera crew as readied to film what would happen so that it could be
edited and streamed across so that all Shagens would see what happened
if they tried to take on the Galateans.
The officer, Major Forster, smiled when he was handed the orders. He looked and spoke
"Right you are going to be taken to the Chief in person. He wants
presented as all Shagens should be when in his presence. So, your
orders are strip. Take off all your clothes boys, you don't deserve
any."
The lads looked at him in disbelief. "But Sir "
started Martin but before he could even finish, Major Forster said in a
stern louder voice,
"You are prisoners, do as you are told. The last one naked is going to be beaten. Now move"
The boys quickly realised they were in no position to argue and began
to undress quickly and soon both stood naked in front of the Major and
a few of his men, many of them not much older than the boys who were
smirking. Major Foster signaled to one of his younger soldiers,
18-year-old Harding, "bring him here" he said pointing at Kevin.
Harding escorted the boy over and then bent him over holding him in
place as the Major delivered 2 very hard whacks with his hand on the
boys behind.
"Next time do exactly as I say. Get back in
line. Now listen I am taking you up to the Chief. Stand upright and by
your side no covering up. I don't know what he has planned for you, but
you do exactly as you are told else it is going to be very painful."
They were lined up with soldiers Harding and Green alongside each boy
as they walked, Soldier Green whispered to Martin, “Nice arse boy
perhaps the Chief will let me have it". He smiled at the astonished
look on poor Martin's face.
Soon they were standing outside
a large pair of doors. Inside sat the Chief with various members of his
staff, his children boys and girls, his wife and some female relatives.
The order was given to enter, and the Major strode in followed by the 2
naked boys and their accompanying soldier. He went to within 10 feet of
the raised dais, saluted and standing in front of the boys and their
guards spoke,
"My Lord here are the two youths who were
captured last night having entered the city under cover of darkness.
After interrogation it is clear their intent was to steal something as
a trophy to take back to their homes. These boys are both 15 years old
and their names are Martin Davids, son of a shopkeeper and Kevin Cooper
son of Trevor Cooper, who is a member of the rebel Shagen leaders’
group. I present them both to you my Lord as all Shagens should be
presented." He bowed low and stood to one side so that the Chief got
his first full view of the 2 naked boys.
The Chief looked
down at the nervous teens who were feeling so scared, literally naked
and afraid not knowing what would now happen. Both were reflecting on
how stupid they had been and wondered if they would be allowed home.
The Chief stood up and looked around at his assembled court and family.
Many of the girls present were smiling looking at the naked boys,
opportunities to see naked boys were few and far between.
The Chief spoke not just to the assembled people but to the camera,
"The Galateans are the rightful Lords of this island and the sooner the
rebel Shagens accept their lowly position and destiny the better it
will be for everyone. Young men for decades have been trying to enter
our city and cause a nuisance. Well today I have decided enough is
enough and we shall start by making an example of these two young
Shagens. They shall learn the true place of a Shagen. To their families
watching this film, your sons are not coming home. To any other young
Shagens I give you this warning, try to enter the city you will be
captured and suffer the same fate. To the leaders of the Shagens I say
come, meet with me and agree terms for your future. In the meantime, I
shall deal personally with these silly naked boys of yours."
The look of horror on the boy’s faces was evident as the camera filmed
them just as the Chief said they would not be going home. The Chief
turned to an aide who stepped forward and presented him with a long
cane. The Chief swished it a few times. Punishment is needed for your
crime. Bring that boy Davids forward. "
Soldier Green
grabbed the shocked Martin by the arm and marched him forward to where
the Chief stood. The chief looked at the naked boy, his willy almost
hiding amongst his downy pubic hair in fright.
"Not much of
man now are we boy? I don’t think you deserve the mark of manliness
given your failed mission last night. You couldn’t even sneak into our
city successfully. You will, once I have punished you, be shaved
completely of every hair on your body. Soldier you can perform this
task. But first bend this boy over the table and hold his arms taught
please."
The boy laid the shaking Martin as instructed, his legs spread and his bars bottom on display for all to see.
The Chief swished the cane a few more times through the air, there was
a complete silence but many of those present instinctively leaned
forward to get a better view. He positioned himself and then brought
the first stroke down with a crack. The pain seared through Martin who
had never experienced a beating before, and he screamed in agony. The
Chief gave 2 more in quick succession. The boy was whimpering in pain
and the Chief bent over and sad, "not much of a man now are we?"
He delivered 3 more leaving 6 stripes cross the bottom of the boy who
was crying. The chief grabbed the boy standing him up, looked in his
face, angry yet controlled,
"This is just the start of it
boy, now get on the floor, a place where Shagens belong. " He pushed
the boy to the ground, "now on you crawl"
"Take him back over there soldier"
He handed his cane back to his aide and turned to Kevin who was visibly
shaking at what he had just witnessed. He was better endowed than
Martin and had a 4 inch hanging willy hanging between his legs its was
slightly engorged and sticking out a bit.
"Now you Cooper
are special. Your father is on our wanted list. I know he will be
watching. If you want your son back Cooper, then you will have to come
and get him in person. Or will you abandon him because you believe in
your cause. What do you think your father will do Cooper?"
"I don’t know sir" Kevin’s voice trembled.
"Well we shall see. Firstly, though punishment. You like your little
friend there will be shaved. Ladies this one has a little more to see.”
The all laughed as grabbing hold of Kevin’s willy and he gave it a
squeeze. I think my daughters will want to supervise your shaving.
Nothing like having a naked boy under your control. Then I have a
special place to keep you and your little friend. You will become one
of our star attractions. Of course, you shall be dressed as all Shagen
boys should be - dressed in nothing.”
He took the boys arm,
“Now it is time to assume your lowliness, on your hands and knees and
crawl back to your sobbing friend like a good little dog that you are."
The boy did as he was told, and he crawled the Chief
delivered a sharp kick up his backside for good measure. He laughed.
"You will be caned as well but later, so don’t worry about missing out”
The Chief turned away and addressing everyone, "I have better
things to do with my time than deal with 2 Shagen stupid boys, but I
have sent the message. Do not come. You will be caught and punished and
kept. I will await any reply from the Shagen rebels, in the meantime
Major prepare these boys, have them shaved and then install them in
their new home as instructed. Once in and on display Cooper can be
caned at a time of maximum exposure. Take them away"
The Major bowed and turned to be followed by the crawling boys and the 2 young soldiers.
