The female attendant with the bull horn was the same one from the water slide earlier in the day and from the surf pool yesterday. When she spied Kyle her hopes for a prolonged comeuppance for him were pleasantly renewed.

As she approached, she called out again, "What's going on here?" The other two attendants, also females, blushed a bit at the sight of the three naked boys, yet, they couldn't help wishing to see what lay hidden behind the boy's strategically placed hands.

"Please give us some clothes or a towel or something." Kyle whispered to them hoping to quickly end this naked humiliation.

Putting the bull horn down, the attendant looked right at Kyle, grinned, and whispered, "We meet again. This should prove to be a lot of fun." While still mortified at their own naked situation, Tad and Seth were a bit confused by this lady's statement and why it was directed at Kyle.

"Someone tell me what's happening." she demanded looking at the crowd of girls rather than at any of the boys.

"They were fighting..." came a reply from a voice familiar to Kyle, "...which I believe is against park rules."

"Right you are. What is your name?"

"Brenda."

Irritated at the attendant's lack of concern for their public nudity, Kyle hissed under his breath to her, "Could we please have some clothes?" He couldn't believe she didn't get them covered first and then find out what had happened. Why did she seem unconcerned about them being naked?

Looking solely at Kyle with wicked delight on her face, the attendant said, "Park rules require punishment for fighting. I don't think the usual one of being thrown out of the park will do." Pointing right at Kyle she continued with, "Especially for you. You seem to be somewhat of a repeat offender and...", turning her attention briefly to Seth and Tad,"...now you have some accomplices." Scanning the area, she asked, "Where are your parents?"

"Clothes, first, please." Kyle demanded through clenched teeth wanting to cover up first and worry later about where his parents were and what they might think of all this. Why couldn't this attendant—or any of them for that matter—get it through her thick skull to do something about their naked predicament? He would soon find out.

Kyle's demand didn't sit well with her. He had bowed his head back down so she gruffly grabbed his chin and, being only slightly taller than Kyle, made him look her straight in the eyes. Very calmly she whispered to him, "Get used to being naked." There was so much more she wanted to say to this arrogant boy, but, to her amusement, she noted his protest had subsided as her words sank in.

One of the other attendants approached the one who had just chastised Kyle and said, "Becki, I know who these boys are. They've had to check in a couple of times so I can contact their parents right away."

As Becki let go of Kyle, both he and Seth began to protest begging them not to contact anybody. Tad remained quiet, head down, unable to join in as his embarrassment had practically paralyzed him. In the middle of the two boys' profuse apologizes and begging for both mercy and clothes, Becki silenced them with a wave of her hand and said to the other attendant, "Okay, Darlene, go and contact them and explain to them the situation and find out if they'll agree to the punishment."

Having not heard what Becki had whispered to Kyle, Seth mustered up the courage to renew their plea for something to cover up with.

"Your hands are doing a good enough job." Becki replied.

"But our butts..." Seth started with anguish.

"Are causing quite a stir." Darlene said, noting the stares of the girls in the stands. "Nice tan lines, boys." She added with a wink.

Looking back to Becki, Darlene, a sly smile forming on her face, stated, "Actually, their parents and his uncle signed the consent form giving their permission to the park to enact the punishments even before we contact them. We'll still need to contact them, but the punishments can begin without them being here."

This news delighted Becki. Darlene looked a bit dejected having to be the one to leave but took off quickly to get her job done in order to hurry back. And even though they still didn't know what would happen, the girls in the stands could hardly contain their lustful desires as they continued to ogle the boys' bare butts.

"Well, boys", Becki began, doing little to hide her thrill from Darlene's news, "while Darlene goes to inform your parents and uncle of your situation, Jennifer (referring to the other attendant) and I will acquaint you with your punishment."

Disregarding Becki's earlier statement about getting used to being naked, Kyle again begged for clothes for the three boys to wear. "You can't throw us out of the park naked." he said almost as a command. The look on Becki's face made him add in a hushed voice, "Can you?"

Paying no more attention to his query than before, Becki said, "I don't think you listened very well earlier, uh...?" and there she trailed off.

Sensing the cause for hesitation, Brenda called out from the stands, "His name is Kyle. I got to know him quite well earlier today." This last comment caused her friends to laugh and begin to spread to the girls near them the story of their time with Kyle.

"And the younger one is Tad..." Tina chimed in forcing Tad to glow even redder at the sound of her voice saying his name. "...who I hope to get to know well today!" she finished resulting in whistles and catcalls from the other girls. With his back to her, Tad couldn't see the desire in Tina's eyes, but he could certainly sense it from her voice.

"And you are?" Becki asked Seth.

Without looking up, he stammered out his name to her.

Turning back to Kyle, she continued, "As I was saying, you didn't listen so well. You're not going to be thrown out of the park...yet. The community this park resides in has rules that can be applied to rowdy boys such as yourselves that can be given in place of normal punishments. I thought you already knew that from what I heard of your public spanking yesterday."

These words caused Kyle to briefly relive the dreadfulness of his bare-butt spanking from the day before. And, yes, he should have remembered from that experience that the community permitted such a punishment. But surely they could not be made to stay naked, here, in front of all these people, right? "Don't cry", he thought to himself, "Do not cry!"

Turning back to the girls in the stand while motioning to the other six boys who had been playing volleyball, Becki stated with a hopeful note in her voice, "I neglected to find out if anyone else needs punishing. Were any of these other boys fighting?" A few more naked boys would be fine with her, she thought to herself.

The other six boys, while they had stayed to see what would happen, had remained very still off to the side. They had kept very quiet, only whispering brief comments here and there, desiring no attention from the attendants. Becki's question roused them to defend their innocence.

Becki stopped them. Pointing to the girls, yet still addressing the six boys, she said "I'm asking them, not you."

The boys, with fear in their eyes, looked to the girls. The prospect of having more than three naked boys certainly tempted the girls. While they upheld the boys' innocence regarding fighting, the girls did point out that none of the other boys had done anything to prevent the fight.

"I'll bear that in mind." Becki said, pondering the situation. "You're not off the hook, yet", she continued addressing the other six boys, "so stick around. You may learn something when you see what happens to those who break this community's rules."

The other six boys dared not protest hoping to be forgotten and left alone. They hadn't done anything wrong, each one reasoned to himself, so there shouldn't be any problem. A couple of them unconsciously tightened up their drawstrings.

Returning her attention to Kyle, Seth, and Tad, she went on, "When Darlene returns she'll have a bracelet for each of you to wear along with some instructions for each girl in charge of you."

"In charge of us?" Seth asked with a bewildered look on his face.

"Bracelet? For what?" Kyle asked equally confused.

"Patience, boys", Becki replied, enjoying every minute of this. "You'll soon see."

Searching the crowd, Becki called for both Brenda and Tina to come down. The other girls, while never taking their eyes off of the bare butts of the naked boys, sat murmuring about what this meant. The other six boys stood wondering if they could quietly leave unobserved but noticed the other attendant, Jennifer, would watch them from time to time when she could bring herself to look away from Kyle, Seth, and Tad. One of the boys, whose name was Daniel, noticed Jennifer paid particular attention to him. He quickly hid his arm with the bright orange bracelet on it behind his back.

Becki kept talking to Brenda and Tina but in such a way that nobody else could hear them. Eventually, she called down Brenda's friend Terry and Tina's twin sister Cheryl. After a few more moments, she called down Tina's and Cheryl's older sister Amanda and talked with her for a few moments.

Kyle, Seth, and Tad, having kept their backs—and, unfortunately from their viewpoint, their bare butts—to the crowd, only knew that Becki had called down girls whose names they recognized. If they could have seen the delight in these girls' eyes as they learned of their role in the boys' punishment, no amount of blood could satisfy the required amount of blushing they would need.

As Becki looked one more time to the crowd, Darlene came back announcing the phone calls had been made.

"Your parents and uncle will be here later." Darlene told the three boys. Kyle, the only one who looked up while Darlene told them the news, noticed she had come right up close to them, much closer than before, taking in their naked bodies with a gleam in her eye. He took some consolation that they had been allowed to keep their hands over their privates this whole time.

"So, when do the festivities begin?" Darlene asked bouncing slightly as though she were a little girl waiting to open a present.

Becki had come over closer to Darlene, so Kyle heard her say, "We need one more volunteer to be in charge of the boys. That's going to be a tough decision. I see you have the bracelets, so why don't you put those on the boys while I try to decide what to do." Motioning for Jennifer to join them, Becki told her to help Darlene put the bracelets on them and to explain their purpose.

Kyle had guessed the purpose. Darlene explained that the bright neon green bracelets were to be locked securely around their wrists. These identified the wearers as troublemakers who had to endure a special punishment: namely, to be naked the rest of the time they were in the park, and, at their guardians' discretion, anywhere in the community for the rest of their stay.

Kyle, began to protest but was quickly silenced. It bothered him that Seth and Tad had stopped objecting to their treatment by the park attendants. They seemed resigned to their fate.

Darlene went on to explain, that, in the absence of the guardians, two people per boy would make certain they stayed naked at all times. These two people—appointed by the guardians or their representatives, Becki being delighted to be a representative—were to also help keep them from undue harm; however, they still had free reign in how the boys were otherwise treated.

Unknown to the three boys just yet, Becki's discussions with the five girls had been to determine who got who. Tina had instantly demanded that she and Cheryl should get Tad and no one denied them their wish. Amanda had lobbied hard to change her assignment from Seth to Kyle. Brenda and Terry wanted a repeat with him so Amanda explained what had almost happened in the mirror maze with Tad. Brenda and Terry agreed that Tad certainly would get a girl drooling over the prospects of his older brother. Thus, Amanda should be allowed the opportunity they had already had. Besides, Brenda and Terry reasoned, Seth was just as cute as Kyle even if a bit shorter and less well-endowed than Kyle. Perhaps it could be more fun being in charge of someone who didn't know what they were capable of doing.

During the instructions and unknown to the three boys, Becki had motioned the five girls over so that they were standing right behind the boy to which they were assigned. The girls left in the stands were a bit upset that their view was now partly blocked. Just as Darlene mentioned how the boys could be otherwise treated, all five girls yielded to temptation and touched the bare butts in front of them, with Tina pinching Tad's. Tad yelped while Kyle and Seth jumped forward in surprise. To his great relief, each boy noted he had not uncovered his penis and balls during this reaction.

"Back in line boys." Becki commanded, "and no more yelling."

"But they touched our butts." Kyle protested assuming the same thing had occurred to the other two boys.

"They're allowed to do that, so get used to it and be quiet." Becki told Kyle.

Addressing the five girls, she quietly asked them to keep their hands off the boys until everything else was ready. Once Becki's attention returned to the boys, only Tina disobeyed as she wanted to savor every second of Tad's cute butt. Since he hadn't heard Becki's request, he didn't know Tina shouldn't be feeling his butt. He didn't think he could once again bear the molestation he had undergone in the mirror maze earlier.

"Now, hold out your right arms." Darlene commanded them.

Very reluctantly, the three boys did so. To Seth's worsening shame, he didn't have quite the same problem covering his penis and balls with one hand as Kyle did for his. Darlene locked the bracelets into place.

"Now", Becki intoned so that only Darlene, Jennifer, the three boys and the five girls could hear, "we need to pick our sixth girl. Who should it be?"
