Part 7

Kyle and Tad's parents hurried to the car after receiving the phone call from Darlene. Neither one spoke for several minutes as they drove to pick up Seth's uncle.

"What has gotten into those boys?" their father started. "Kyle's always been one we can count on to behave himself and to watch out for Tad." He continued on for some time ranging from disbelief that his boys could be involved in this trouble to proclaiming the terrible punishments they'd endure if it was all true. During this tirade, his wife sat silently, staring straight ahead with a slight smile on her face. She thought back to yesterday...

A few moments after they had sent Tad to find Kyle, the boys' mother mentioned maybe she ought to go too; to be sure Tad would be okay. Their father would stay where he was in case she and the boys didn't cross paths. This way they would have a place where they knew to meet.

She had headed off after Tad, but was too far behind to easily catch up to him given the large crowd of people to wade through. She arrived at the surf pool a little after Tad did seeing him head to the back of the pool. Instead of getting his brother's attention she noticed Tad get into position to watch. Neither boy had noticed her there so she decided to watch, too. However, after several moments of observing Kyle's misbehavior, she had decided she'd waited long enough (besides, the boys' father would be wondering what had happened to everyone). She planned to pull Kyle out of line and give him a good scolding regarding his conduct. In fact, she considered not allowing him to come back to the park tomorrow. Just as she determined to head toward Tad's position, the fateful moment happened. A gasp escaped from her lips when she saw Kyle's trunks yanked off by the body board and sent to the back of the pool leaving her son naked in front of this crowd. Yet she did nothing except to blend in with the crowd and watch what would happen. A quick glance toward Tad showed her his role in all this as she observed him take Kyle's trunks out of the pool and melt back into the crowd, though not so far that he couldn't observe his brother's humiliation. While to Kyle these events had seemed to last an eternity, his mother noted that within a minute or two of him losing his trunks he was headed toward the exit, bare butt exposed for all to see, and given a towel by some lady. The fact that the pool attendants did little to help her son impressed itself on her memory but only momentarily. Something about seeing her older boy naked and humiliated in public prevented her from coming to his rescue or even generating anger at others who should've helped but didn't. In a strange way, she found it all quite thrilling. While she agreed with her husband's assessment that both Kyle and Tad were basically good boys, deep down she felt an irrational resentment toward them. As much as she loved her boys, she held it against them that were no other girls in the family. She had grown up with only sisters and had felt somewhat betrayed (by whom? she thought) that she had bore two sons and no daughters.

She began to recall her observation of his second humiliation where the towel had been pulled off him, but was interrupted by her husband announcing they were at Seth's uncle's house.

Brenda, Terry, Tina, Cheryl, and Amanda were getting restless. Here they had three gorgeous naked boys right at their finger tips but weren't being allowed to do anything. Of course not being allowed didn't prevent Tina from surreptitiously patting Tad's butt squealing with glee each time. Even Cheryl couldn't contain herself entirely and would seek a quick touch pulling her hand back quickly blushing almost as much as Tad.

How the other three girls kept themselves in check is unfathomable. They showed a great deal of self control probably saving for when they wouldn't have to hold back.

Reluctantly allowing her thoughts to stray from Seth's bare butt, Brenda called to Becki.

"If it's okay with Amanda, I believe one of my other friends would be more than happy to be one of Kyle's escorts."

Becki and Amanda agreed allowing Brenda to call Alicia who nearly maimed everyone in her rush down to the boys. It's doubtful much of the explanation sunk in as her thoughts were solely focused on this cute bare boy in front of her. Amanda figured she could fill Alicia in later doubting that it would be necessary.

"Well, boys," Becki started, looking them over, "these girls are in charge of you. Pay attention to them and the time of your punishment shouldn't increase, unless..." here Becki paused briefly with high hope in her voice,"...your parents or uncle decide to prolong it."

Mr. Cabrera, Seth's uncle, was detained a bit. Mr. Hunter, Kyle and Tad's father, got back into the car telling his wife it would be a few moments. Mr. Hunter turned on the radio. Mrs. Hunter quietly returned to yesterday's events. Recalling Kyle's embarrassment a second time when that boy pulled off the towel caused her smile to widen. She had quite a time staying out of sight of her two boys, but Tad's attention never strayed from his brother's humiliation and she figured Kyle had had more things on his mind than to look for his mother in the crowd. After Kyle's rescue by Tad, she had trailed her boys back to their father. Waiting just long enough for them to appear to be wondering where she was she had approached them claiming "here you are" and "glad they were all together now". No one else knew she had seen what she had seen.

One last thought briefly entered her mind as she observed Seth's uncle approaching the car: be sure to check that she'd deleted the pictures from her cell phone.

On the way to the park, Mr. Cabrera joined in with Mr. Hunter vacillating between disbelief and punishment. After several minutes of this, they fell silent for a few moments. Then Mr. Cabrera spoke up.

"While I'm glad the community approved the new punishments, I certainly regret that your boys and my Seth are among the first to fall prey to them."

"The first?" Mr. Hunter asked.

"Yes, the rules were put into place in the community last year and the amusement park adopted them this year. Throwing unruly kids, especially boys, out of the park didn't seem to be helping with some of the misbehavior." Mr. Cabrera replied. Following a momentary pause, he went on with, "I did see one or two boys last year being led around my neighborhood naked, faces red, and sometimes with red butts, too." he said with a smirk. "They don't seem to have acted up since then."

"And they wear the green bracelets the document mentioned?" Mr. Hunter asked.

"Oh, yes. In the case of your boys, since you're from out of town the punishment will be only while they're in the park since that's where they caused trouble, unless..." and here he paused.

"Unless?" Mrs. Hunter spoke for the first time since greeting Mr. Cabrera.

"Unless you deem it should be extended beyond." he answered.

While the boys' mother's smile continued to broaden at this idea, their father asked about Seth.

"Since he's residing here with us for now, his punishment will extend to his time in the community for at least two days and then his aunt and I can determine what happens next."

"Two days naked." Mrs. Hunter thought to herself.

As Kyle, Seth, and Tad were led away by their giggling escorts, Becki told the other boys they could get back to their game. Happy to seemingly be left out of all the punishments, the boys eagerly started back onto the court. Some of them noticed that quite a bit of their audience had left, probably to follow the three naked boys.

Before they got too far away from the volleyball court, Jennifer stopped Becki and Darlene to have a word with them.

"Would you like to have just a bit more fun?" she asked them trying to contain her amusement.

Becki and Darlene showed confusion. "We've spent an awful lot of time here," Becki replied, "and need to get back to our stations." Becki did want to know what this fun could be but knew her duty.

"But, Becki, we will be doing our duty. Remember what the orange bracelets mean?" she asked her, Darlene listening in intently.

"Sure." Becki replied. "With the park not adopting the new community rules last year..." she started.

"...the parents' of boys who were unruly last year signed an agreement that if they wanted to be allowed to come back they had to wear the orange bracelet at all times in the park and in the community." Jennifer interrupted eager to get to the point. "And..." she continued but Darlene interrupted her with a knowing look.

"And the orange bracelet alerts us to watch the wearers very closely for any signs of misbehavior no matter how insignificant." Darlene said.

"Why are you bringing this up?" Becki asked.

Jennifer pointed to Daniel just as he was serving the ball. He looked to be about 14 years old. No doubt, the three attendants took note, this young lad took good care of himself. He was tall and quite athletic. Though a thin boy, he did have some nice muscle development.

"Well, he is cute", Darlene stated, "but he hasn't done anything wrong and who knows whether we have a signed statement from his parents for that matter?"

"Look at his right arm." Jennifer replied with a scheming gleam in her eye.

The orange bracelet on Daniel's right arm told Becki and Darlene all they needed to know. Daniel obviously had misbehaved last year and the orange bracelet told the three attendants they didn't have to have much on him to punish him. Even better, the bracelet meant the park already had permission to apply the punishments without need of notifying his parents first.

Jennifer went over to the court calling Daniel over. His face betrayed some fear. Not everyone was aware of the meaning of the orange bracelet assuming it to just be something he chose to wear. Others knowledgeable in the community rules understood Daniel's look of alarm.

As he slowly approached Jennifer he immediately began asking why she wanted to see him claiming he hadn't done anything wrong.

"Go back to your game." Jennifer told the other boys who had stopped to observe the situation. Turning back to Daniel and putting her arm around his shoulders to guide him toward Becki and Darlene, she asked his name receiving a very unwilling reply.

"I haven't said you did anything wrong, Daniel, but my colleagues and I want to talk with you."
