American Southwest in the near future.

9
After the mall incident, things were quiet for a
few days. Of course, I got a few spankings from the various girls, but there
were seldom more than one a day. And most were not too serious. But on the next
Tuesday, everything changed in a major way.
We were just settling down to dinner when the
news came on. Wendy Ransom, the evening anchorwoman. announced: “Mayor
Newcastle has just announced a new program for the Bare Bottom Boys Club. Go
ahead, Madame Mayor.”
Mayor Newcastle was shown sitting at her usual
desk. “Thank you, Wendy. In response to popular demand, we have decided to
conduct a Toklas City Spanking Tournament this summer. This will give all of us
the opportunity to observe all of our naughty little boys getting their bare
bottoms blistered for their known and unknown misbehaviors. And it will give
our girls a chance to practice their skills with the paddle and hairbrush so
that they are better prepared to deal with their naughty brothers and
eventually, their naughty sons.”
Of course, the girls were intrigued by the
prospect. “We can get to spank other boys besides Jason,” Joanne exclaimed. “I
hope I get to spank that nasty little Teddy Gallo in the seventh grade. He
picked on me for years when we were in elementary school.”
“Shhh, girls,” Mom Jan said. “the Mayor is
talking again.”
“Boys already assigned to the BBBC will the
spankees for the event. This includes mostly boys between 10 and 14, albeit
there are a couple of 15-year-olds in the program. Due to the fact that most of
the boys over 10 have moved out of town, we will only have 29 boys available as
spankees. We are considering adding a few high school boys to the group so we
can accommodate more girls.” We will check with the high school principal in
Crenshaw to see if any of the boys from the Toklas area could use a bit of
additional discipline over the summer.”
“Signups for the program will begin immediately
on line and at City Hall at 8 AM tomorrow morning,” the mayor stated. “Girls
will be divided by age so we will have one group each for girls in ages 10
through 17. The 10-year-old group will be for girls who reached their tenth
birthday on or before June 1st this year. This will be the same for
girls 11 through 17.” The first round of the tournament will begin on June 24th
and will be for ten-year-old girls. Next Saturday, July 1st will be
for 11-year-olds, and so forth until all eight age groups have competed. Four
girls from each age group will compete in the quarter final on August 19th
and two girls from each age group will compete in the semifinal on August 26th.
The final ten will compete in the final on September 2d. There will be cash and
merchandise prizes, these will be announced later. We will be asking local
merchants and civic groups to contribute prizes and cash.”
“We will accept 35 girls for each age group in
the first round. The extras will be used to fill in for dropouts or if
additional boys become available. “Girls can sign up online at
*Toklas.gov/BBBC* or in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall. The tournament
events will take place at the Steinem Middle School Gymnasium. Events will
begin at 9:00 AM and continue until 4:00 PM. Lunch will be served from 11:30 to
1:00. Admission fees will be $5 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12. Lunches
will cost $3.00 each and must be reserved in advance. We expect to have several
food vendors available for those who do not care for cafeteria food.”
“We are also asking that the boys selected as
spankees NOT be spanked at home after midnight on Fridays. We want the girls to
have some nice fresh bottoms to spank on Sunday.”
“Complete rules are available online or can be
picked up at the Clerk’s Office. Parental permission slips will be required for
girls who want to be active spankers. That’s all for now, back to you, Wendy.”
The girls all made a mad dash for their
computers to register. Since my part in the event would be involuntary, I just
shrugged and finished up my mac and cheese while it was still lukewarm. Actually,
I had lucked out tonight, there was some meatballs and a few French fries left
over from the girls’ dinner last night, so I had more variety than usual.
Some quick math told me that there would be
between 232 and 280 slots available for spankers and that there were well over
350 girls between 10 and 17 in the school system, so there might well be
competition for the slots. Not that it would make any difference to me; I’d
still get 11 spankings before the competition was over.
