History of the DRPY movement
During the first quarter of the 21st Century, economic
problems have contributed to a growing level of teen-age misbehavior. This has manifested
itself as an explosion of rowdiness, vandalism and violence among boys ages 11-15
and a epidemic of defiance, disrespect and disobedience among girls 14-18. Attempts
to combat this by use of "chemical castration" and public nudity and severe
punishment for misbehaving boys did curb the level of violence, but had a number
of drawback. With boys being "fair game" for humiliation, public punishment
and even genital torture by girls and women, boys became withdrawn, timid and unwilling
to take any kind of risks. Boys were routinely subjected to extreme humiliation,
severe punishment and sexual torture for trivial "offenses" or even at
the whim of girls and women when they realized that they could torture boys after
claiming non-existent rules violation, or simple to gratify their own desire for
subjugation of males
By 2035, males were vanishing from management positions
and increasingly cast into manual labor and semi-skilled worker positions The number
of males admitted to colleges dropped to less than 15% in 2035 and appeared to be
going even lower as most males dropped out of high school at 16 to escape the constant
harassment. 43% of males between 16 and 30 were in prison or in "work camps"
with barbed wire and female guards armed with whips and cattle prods.
In 2031 a Mexican drug company, seeing the chaos developing
in the USA and Canada, began development of a group of drugs designed to curb disruptive
behavior in teens without emasculating boys or turning girls into sexual abusers.
This system was incorporated into the Delay and Regression of Puberty for Youth
(DRPY) This became known as the "Drippy" program and those placed into
it were vulgarly referred to as "drips" or drippies."
Two new drugs were the cornerstone of the program. DRP-M
was designed for males and DRP-F was for females. Both had the effect of stopping
sexual development in moderate doses In high doses, puberty was regressed to about
the 10-year old level. For both sexes, body size and strength along with mental
development proceeded at a normal level, but sexual development was stopped or reversed.
Boys had their penises and testicles shrink and 90% were unable to generate sperm,
50-60% lost the ability to achieve climax . For girls, breasts shrank, menstruation
ceased, sexual tissue shrank and girls were unable to produce eggs. only 30-40%
of 17 year olds were able to achieve orgasm. In both sexes, body and pubic hair
stopped growing and was usually lost entirely after a few months of treatment.
Public nudity in varying degrees and moderate corporal
punishment continued. But nudity and punishment decisions were restricted to parents,
trained adults and some specially trained teens and pre-teens. For youngsters who
abused their authority, the usual punishment was reversion to DRPY status where
they were subjected to the same rules of nudity and discipline. Adults who abused
children were stripped of professional credentials, lost parental rights and were
often sent to prison as sex offenders.
The DRPY is only a few years old at this point, but preliminary
results are highly encouraging
