You don't have to read that story to understand this one, but it will make a lot more sense if you do. I also would like to write about Brian's trip to the APA as an offender. That story would take place before this story, but I don't think it matters as I intend for every story to be a stand-alone even if they have the same major characters. Also, the program in this story is no longer a pilot one being tested, it is a formal one called Discipline and Nudity in Public, hence the name DANIP. Because the first story was so long, I will break this story up into smaller pieces to make it easier to read. * * * * * Kevin's Time in DANIP, Three Days in Hell, part 1 When Kevin Adams woke up, he was positive that today was going to be a lot better day than yesterday. Of course, he was pretty sure that it wouldn't take much to be a far better day than he had just suffered through. First, his best friend's mother, Mrs. Weslo, had called his mother and told her that he had been involved in the episode where Brian Weslo had been denuded in public. Actually, Kevin hadn't done anything; it was Brian's brother Brad who had pantsed him. Kevin had actually tried to talk Brad out of it, not because he had any reason to protect Brian, but because he was worried that Brad would get grounded again and would miss swim tryouts in two weeks. All Kevin had done was toss Brian's clothes in the basketball net after Brad tossed them to him. How was he supposed to know they would stick in the net? And Brad had sure gotten punished. Kevin was delivering the morning newspaper when Brad walked out of the house completely naked! He had a collar around his neck, and his arms were cuffed to the collar so he looked like he was surrendering. And then the kids who lived next door to Brad, 10 year-old Matt and 15 year old Nicole, came over. Kevin couldn't help but laugh, he knew that Brad had a crush on Nicole, and predictably, Brad got a boner. Matt actually had a key that unlocked the chains on Brad's arms, and he unlocked one, ordering Brad to stand there and beat off in public! Kevin didn't understand how they made Brad do that, but Kevin was sure it couldn't happen to him. At least he was until the next day. When he woke up, all of his clothes were gone. He searched through every drawer, but all he had were the boxers he had worn to bed. Wrapping a towel from the bathroom around himself, he went downstairs where his parents were waiting for him. They had taken his clothes while he slept, and now they were demanding the boxers he had on too. His father told him it was time for him learn what life was like for the kids he and Brad had been bullying. They argued for nearly an hour, with Kevin saying they couldn't send him out naked and his father saying they could and were going to. Kevin was already well late for his paper route when his dad had to leave for work. The last thing his father said as he left was for Kevin to get out there and start his route, with nothing on but socks, shoes, and his bike helmet. Kevin quieted down, trying to talk his mother out of this crazy plan. And after a few tears and promises, he succeeded, but not as well as he liked. His mother made him wear a diaper and a sign that read "Yesterday I was a big bully, today I'm just a big baby." It was still pretty embarrassing, but Kevin decided he'd better accept that before his dad got to work and called home and made her change her mind. Besides, it was getting late, if he didn't get going there would be a lot more people on the street. So Kevin hurried out and completed his route as quickly as he could, trying to ignore the stares and smiles from people driving to work. He only saw one kid his age, Brad, who was being driven somewhere by his mother. And as they drove by, it looked like Brad was naked in the van. After his papers were all delivered, Kevin stayed in his room since his mother still wouldn't give him any clothes back. When his dad got home from work that evening, he was pretty pissed, but gradually got over it. He did warn Kevin that any problems or reports of more bullying of smaller kids and he would take a day of vacation if he necessary to make Kevin learn. After dinner they returned his clothes and Kevin quickly took the diaper off and returned to boxers, thankful that no kids had actually seen him except for Brad. But that was yesterday, and today he had clothes to wear as he left to complete his paper route. That was why he was sure that today would be a much better day then yesterday. As soon as he finished his papers, he got ready to get back to running, knowing it was past time for him to start getting his wind back for swimming. As he was stretching in the driveway before running, Brad drove up on his bike. The first thing Kevin noticed was that Brad was dressed, which was good, because he didn't want to give his parents any more ideas. Then he noticed that the collar was gone, just a light white area where it blocked the sun for a couple of days. "I was just coming over to ask you if you were ready to start running again," Brad said as he got off his bike. Then he looked down at the ground. "And I wanted to know if, you know, we are like still friends?" "Of course we're still friends, just because I laughed at you doesn't mean anything. You have to admit, you were something to laugh at. Is that all over with now?" "Yeah, they took my, uh, my collar off yesterday," Brad said, clearly still embarrassed. Kevin asked a couple of more questions, but Brad clearly didn't want to talk about it, so Kevin dropped it. And Brad never said a word about seeing Kevin in a diaper, which Kevin really didn't want to talk about either. They finished stretching and took off down the sidewalk at a moderate pace, with Kevin setting the pace. Kevin had longer legs, but Brad had more endurance so he could keep up. Since this was just the first day, they ran their short course, which was just a little bit under a mile. By next week, they would be running two miles. Once they were done, Kevin brought out some iced tea, and as they rested they joked around like they always had. The uneasiness that Brad had felt when he first came over went away. When they were done with the tea, they took off on their bikes to let the wind dry the sweat off their shirts while they searched for something to do. "You want to go find your brother, or how about that kid next door to you, Matt? We could get back at them for what they did to you," said Kevin as they rode. "No, leave them alone, they have troubles enough today. Besides, I'm done with being a bully, let's just go find something to do." "Boy, you sure did turn into a big, uh, something," begin Kevin. "You mean a big baby? I thought that was your role," said Brad, feeling his cheeks burning and his anger rising. He immediately realized that he was still having trouble controlling his anger, and tried again to defuse the building argument. "Look, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that, and you should just accept that I'm not going to get in to trouble like that again. Let's drop it, okay?" "Yeah, I'm sorry too." Kevin didn't want to have an argument with his best friend ruin his best day. "Hey look at that!" he said, suddenly riding down a side street. Brad turned to catch up until he saw Sam walking naked down the sidewalk with his sister Grace. Ten-year-old Sam had been enrolled in the same program that Brad had been in, and was under control of Grace. "Na, leave them alone, let's just ride on by," he called to Kevin, but Kevin had already pulled up in front of them and stopped. "Look, he's got a little boner, I want to see you beat off," Kevin yelled, bringing a look of horror to Sam's face. Grace looked worried about having the bigger boy around, but said "Go ahead, Sammy, you heard him." By the time Brad got there, a very red-faced Sam was rubbing away. "Come on, Kevin, just let him alone, let's go somewhere else." "No, come, just a minute, this could be fun. Don't you want to live on the other side for a change?" "No I don't, and I'm leaving whether you're coming or not." Brad turned his bike around and headed the other direction, watching to see if Kevin would follow. Kevin started to, but slipped and nearly fell. He caught himself with one foot, but turned the wheel on his bike to maintain balance, causing him to run into Sam, knocking him down hard. Brad turned around and rode back fast, seeing blood as Sam sat up. Kevin and Brad both dropped their bikes and went to him. A small line of blood was running down from a cut on Sam's forehead, and Brad helped him up. "Come on Grace, let's take him back home. Is your mom there?" Brad supported Sam under one arm and Kevin under the other. Kevin had the cleaner handkerchief, and they got Sam to press it against the cut. "I'm sorry, Sam, it was an accident," Kevin was telling Sam. "If you had just left him alone like I said, this wouldn't have happened," Brad said. "Now you're the one who will probably get into trouble and miss swim practice." As they approached the house, Sam's mother came running out. "I think he's okay," Brad yelled to her, "he has a cut on his forehead." Sam's mother got there and looked at the cut, which was still bleeding. "I think he may need a stitch or two," she said. "How did this happen?" "I almost fell off my bike, and my wheel cut over and I bumped into him and he fell down," Kevin said. "He wouldn't leave us alone, even though Brad told him to, and he ran Sam over," Grace said at the same time. "Well, lets go over to the doctors office and see what they think, I'll sort this out later," she said, carrying Sam towards the car. "Please mom, can't I put something on first?" Sam asked, covering his middle for the first time. "I told you, after what you did this morning, you will not be seeing any clothes for at least two days. I was going to bring you to the grocery store with me anyway, so you might as well get used to it," she said, putting Sam in the back seat of the car. She looked at Kevin and said "Kevin, were you picking on him like Grace said?" "No, I was just joking with him. It was an accident, ask Brad." Brad held up both hands and said "Yeah, it was an accident, but it wouldn't have happened if you had listened to me. I told you from the start to leave him alone." After Sam's mother drove off with Sam and Grace, Brad and Kevin got back on their bikes and headed on over to the park. They rode though, not finding much to do and ended up above the river in the shade. Brad lay back in the tall grass while Kevin said he had to pee and walked over the ridge into the trees. Kevin had been gone for longer than it took to pee when Brad heard two boy's voices yelling "We see you Adams, come back here." and "Bring them back Kevin Adams." A few minutes later Kevin showed up with three sets of clothes. "Pete and Jim Baker, and Terry Jones were skinny dipping in the river, and look what I found," he said holding out the clothes. Two of the boys were in their class at school, and Jim was the younger brother of Pete. "Let's find a good place to leave these." Kevin was finding old plastic shopping bags along the ridge line and shoving the clothes inside. "I think tied to the swing sets sounds good, help me find another bag." "No thanks, man, I don't want any part of this. I heard them, they saw you and know you took their clothes. Take them back now and its funny, but put them in the middle of the park and you're just asking to get in trouble." "Aw, come on dude, you used to be so cool. Last week you'd have come up with at least three better places to leave them, so what's up? Lost your cool?" "Yeah, I guess I have lost it. Look, if you take them back, or even leave them up here at the edge, I'll laugh with you when they come up to claim them. But making them run through the park is a mistake, and I'm not paying the price for any more mistakes like that again. Besides, I know how they will feel. Let's just toss them back over the hill; the guys will still have to come all the way up here to get them." "Naw, I want to make they run around some, someplace where somebody might see them. Maybe someplace where there are girls. Wait, I've got it, the girl's bathroom! We can toss them inside, they'll be afraid to look for them in there. Come on, follow me," Kevin said, mounting his bike with the bags of clothes stuffed in the bins he used when delivering papers. "I'm telling you Kevin, I don't want to get into trouble. Give them back, or leave them here by the trees, or I'm going to go. I don't want any part of making them run some place where girls might see them." But Kevin didn't hear any of it, he had already ridden off. Brad thought about going down and helping the boys, but realized that as a friend of Kevin, they would most likely 'borrow' his clothes to recover theirs and then leave. He decided to just leave, hoping once again that Kevin would drop the clothes and follow, but he rode past the bathroom and reached the park entrance without seeing Kevin anywhere. He waited for a few minutes, but Kevin didn't show, and Brad decided to go on home alone. Kevin had almost reached the bathrooms when he had another idea and changed direction to the public beach where there were lots of kids and almost no adults. He crossed the two soccer fields over to a bluff that stood above the beach. To get down, he had to crawl under a hole in the fence designed to keep soccer balls from being lost. To reach the clothes, the boys would have to crawl under the fence and cross 50 yards of broken rock and gravel. The gravel would mean they couldn't run, and once they were at the fence there was no cover for them; they would be visible to the kids on the beach the whole time. He dumped the clothes out of the bags and spread them out, hiding underpants and shorts under rocks or burying them in areas that had some soft sand. He then circled back, wondering where Brad had gone. He had just gotten back by the bathrooms when Pete spotted him and shouted to the others. They chased after him, but since he was on a bike he could easily keep away from them. Finally, Pete put his hands in the air and walked slowly towards him. Kevin let him get close, then started off on his bike again. "Wait Kevin, I'm not chasing you, I just want to talk," he said, standing still. Kevin rode back close to Pete. "What do you want to talk about?" he asked, barely able to keep from laughing. "Look man, this is funny, but enough is enough. What do you want us to do in order to get our clothes back?" Kevin thought for a second, and then said, "You want me to get your clothes? Let me see you suck off your little brother, and I'll get them." Pete stood there for a few seconds before saying, "You're serious, aren't you?" Kevin nodded his head. "Come on, please, I'll beg you if you want, but not that. What else do you want?" "You're clothes are right over the hill below the fence. Go and check them out and see if it's worth it. If you want to get them yourself, then go ahead. If I see you lock lips on your brother, then I'll get you your clothes." Pete stood there for a seconds and then walked quickly back to Jim and Terry. After a quick discussion, the three of them walked over to the edge of the soccer field to check out the situation. As they approached the fence, all three dropped down when they saw that anyone looking up from the beach would see them. Kevin watched them trying to make up their minds until he heard a noise off to the side. Looking right, he saw a dozen or so girls, about 10 years old, kicking a pair of soccer balls out onto the field. "It's going to get real interesting now," he said to himself. Kevin turned his attention back to the boys, who hadn't heard the girls yet. While he watched, Pete kneeled down in front of his brother and stared at Jim's penis. "My god, he's really going to do it," said Kevin out loud. About that time, Terry heard the girls and said something to Pete and Jim. All three boys peered up over the rise and saw the girls approaching. About the same time, the girls noticed the boys. Terry stood up and ran over to the hole under the fence and started sliding under while the other two boys kept yelling for him to hurry. The girls, now realizing that the boys were naked, came running. Once Terry got through, Pete went next, getting through faster than Terry had. Jim was last, but once he had his legs under the fence one of the poles leaned down the hill, lowering the fence and trapping Jim. Kevin moved to where he could see better. Terry and Pete were moving as fast as they could down the hill toward the clothes, at first not realizing Jim was trapped. Jim must have yelled something, for Pete was nearly to the clothes when he turned around and started back up the hill. But the girls got there first. Several of them grabbed Jim under his arms while the rest lifted the fence, and they pulled the naked boy up onto the soccer field. Jim tried to run, but the girls were all around him, reaching in and grabbing a feel and keeping him from covering up with his hands. Meanwhile, seeing that Jim was in good hands, Pete started back down the hill towards the clothes. About that time a yell went up from the beach as somebody there spotted Terry. Pete and Terry hurriedly put on pants as quick as they could find them, and then gathered up the rest of the clothes and climbed back up the hill. They had to hold the fence up for each other to get though before Pete could start sorting out the clothes and giving Jim his, all the while the girls continued to giggle and squeal while they got in the last few gropes. Kevin figured that it was time for him to leave. Watching the show had given Kevin an erection, and he headed out to find someplace private to take care of business. After that, he rode around for a few hours, checking out all the places he and Brad normally would go to hang out together. While riding, he managed to catch a Frisbee two boys were throwing, flinging it off as hard as he could away from the boys. Then one of the boys fathers yelled to him, and Kevin realized it was one of his paper route customers who had recognized him. Finally, after checking out every place he could think of to find Brad, Kevin decided to see if Brad had gone home. He no more than pulled into the driveway when Brad came out. "You mom has called twice, I'm supposed to tell you to go straight home if you show up here. What did you do, she sounded really pissed," Brad said. "Man, you should have stayed." Kevin told Brad the whole story, and was just finishing when Kevin's father pulled into the driveway. "Put you bike in the back and get in," he said, and when Kevin didn't move quick enough he added, "right now!" Kevin said a quick goodbye and then put his bike in the bed and got in the passenger side. Neither his mom nor his dad said hardly a word to him thorough dinner or the rest of the evening.
