the city state of Air\'ebs Cargor.  The King and Queen of Air\'ebs Cargo
had left the city state due to meetings and conferences in other European
city states.  They had announced to their citizens that they would leave
for two years and that the Parliament and the Prince of Air\'ebs Cargor,
Prince Jason, would be in charge of the nation.  The citizens were nervous
of a foreign invasion but after the first half of the first year, citizens
became accustomed to the Parliament government.  \par Although only 14,
Prince Jason was the jewel of Air\'ebs Cargor.  He was tall for his age at
about 5'5", and had golden locks of hair with icy blue eyes to top it all
off.  He was the dream boy of all girls in the city state, and the envy of
all boys in the city state.  He was considered a masterpiece to be kept
safe.  \par Although oblivious of this attention, Prince Jason realized
that he was so adored by the citizens that he became cocky.  He would flirt
with girls, and brag about his large penis and genitals.  He would,
however, never show his actual genitals or penis and it became the ultimate
goal and desire of many girls.  Oh, yes, Prince Jason was just too perfect.
\par At least, this is what a common thief named Mergon thought.  Mergon
decided to construct a great, intelligent plan that would include Prince
Jason, his "large penis and genitals", and his downfall.  So Mergon then
decided to observe Prince Jason's everyday schedules for three weeks.  \par
Mergon recorded that every mid-Friday Jason would go skinny dipping in the
River of Air\'ebs, near the District of Merbur.  The District of Merbur was
a very populous district, although it was only inhabited by peasants.  He
also recorded that mid-Saturday Jason would bathe in a hot sauna in his
room of the Palace.  \par Mergon also knew a small clan lived in the
forest. So, Mergon decided to incorporate them into his ideas.\par Mergon
then decided to construct a plan that would ruin Prince Jason's reputation
and completely humiliate him, while teaching him a little humility.  The
common thief smiled to himself as he thought of Prince Jason's humiliation
and red face.  \par So, on one faithful Friday, Prince Jason went to go on
his weekly skinny dipping.  Mergon followed him and waited for Prince Jason
to get distracted while in the water and stole Prince Jason's clothes. 
Mergon then arrived at the tribe's camp and led a number of girls to the
skinny-dipping Prince.  \par The girls started to giggle, seeing the naked
Prince swimming in the river.  The Prince then looked at them, and blushed.
He quickly swam to shore and then begged them to give him his clothes.  The
girls giggled again.  \par "We don't have your clothes, Prince Jason," said
the eldest girl, who was about 16.  Jason then thought a little bit.  He
needed his clothing, the girls didn't have it, and he didn't want to be
trapped in the lake any longer than he wanted to be.  So Jason decided to
get out and search for his clothes quickly.  \par Jason then lifted himself
out of the river, allowing the girls to see his penis for brief moments. 
The girls burst into laughter, pointing and one even grabbbing it before he
could cover it again.  Jason blushed greatly, making the girls laugh
harder. Jason then made an enormous fool of himself after searching for his
clothes and not finding them.  \par The lead girl even pinched his butt
when he bent over to look into a bush.  It made him jump and yelp,
embarrassing him even more in front of the girls.  He fought back tears,
and then heard a loud yell.  \par "Hey, Prince Jason!  Look!" the common
thief, Mergon waved Jason's clothes in the air laughing.  Jason chased
after him, yelling at him and cursing.  Mergon laughed, the cursing only
motivated him.  The poor Prince had no idea to what level of embarrassment
Mergon was leading him to.  The Prince simply thought of getting his
clothes back.  \par Mergon then dropped the Prince's crown, and continued
to race through.  Mergon knew that the peasants would realize Jason was the
prince if he wore a crown on his head.  Prince Jason was furious.  How
could a common thief humiliate him like that?  If only the Prince knew what
would come next.  \par Prince Jason then felt a cold rush of air.  The
breeze made him shiver.  And he shielded his eyes from a sudden sunlight.
Jason then noticed a bunch of stares coming his way.  Shock.  Jason was too
dumbfounded to do anything but just stare back at the peasants.  Then a
small giggle from a girl Jason's age set off the chaos.  The laughter. 
\par "HAHAHAHAHA!" cried a group of girls, pointing at Jason.  \par
"HAHAHAHAHA!" roared a group of men.  The men laughed at the Prince, who
knew had boasted about himself and his size.\par "It's so tiny!" giggled a
girl, causing a large eruption of laughter.  Jason blushed and finally had
the sense to cover himself.  Jason then fought back tears, not wanting
crying to add to his em-bare-ass-ment.  \par Jason then saw a Royal
Carriage ride by, and Jason chased it and stopped the driver.  He told him
who he was, and the driver kindly gave Jason a ride away from his
humiliation.  The poor boy thanked the driver, and entered.  Jason stayed
away from the carriage's windows.  \par ...\par Jason then exited the Royal
Carriage, once again thanking the kind driver.  Jason then raced towards
the Palace, and entered the building quickly.  He quickly ran to the Grand
Hall, which he had to cross to enter his room.  \par And that's when he
heard giggling and realized that a large number of people were in the room.
Including four teenage girls all giggling at his tiny penis.  He blushed
quickly, and covered himself as the girls erurpted with laughter.  \par
"It-it's so small!" cried Lady Meredith, a 15 year old girl.  She fell on
the floor, rolling with laughter.  The other girls continued to laugh, and
Jason, for the third time in the day, had to fight back tears.  Especially
when his penis became erect.  \par "It's erect!" cried Lady Marra, a 14
year old girl.  She laughed harder, along with Lady Carra, age 12, and the
parents cried in disgust.\par "Somebody, get this bowl a toga!" cried Lady

continued to laugh and point.  A maid then brought Jason a toga, which was

parents of the teenage girls, however, told him that he couldn't leave the
Grand Hall until he gave a good explanation as how he got their naked, many
thinking that he did it due to being dared to.  \par The Prince then
proceeded to tearfully explain to them his situation.  The parents

the poor Prince naked, the common thief Mergon knew that he would soon
strike again.  And this time, Mergon would make sure it would be the
