College Girl Kate
"Kate”
is Katherine Rose Brady, 18 years old, from Long Island, New York. She
has just entered the freshman class at McClintock College, located in a
small town "a few miles off the four-lane" in the rural West. Kate's
parents separated when she was quite young and she has grown up with a
lack of strong male figures in her life. She is 5'1'' with a tiny waist
and full hips, (what some call a "very spankable bottom"). Being small
and baby-faced, she is often treated as being much younger than her
real age. Kate is quite intelligent when she wants to be, but is a
born-again procrastinator, which often gets her into trouble with
schoolwork. Her personality is described by some as "frisky",
"spirited" or "playful." Others have been known to use the terms
"mischievous," "immature" and 'bratty." Kate has not been subject to
much discipline in her life and has come to realize that she probably
needs a strong hand, appropriately placed, to keep her in line. This is
the major reason she agreed to go to McClintock College.

Six Little Bares
Seven
years ago, when Greg’s parents died, he brought his younger sister
Cheryl to live with them. She was twelve years old at the time and the
older twins, Matt and Mandy, were nine. Greg spent a great deal of time
on business traveling and had little to do with the raising of the
children. Cheryl was a great help to Meg in dealing with the younger
children. Not only was she older, she was taller, stronger and more
athletic than Meg’s children who tended to be small and physically
weak. (Today, at 19, Cheryl is 5-11 and muscular. Matt is only 5-3 and
slender at 16. The other children are even smaller.)
A year later,
Greg died in a private airplane crash while on a sales trip. He was
heavily insured, so the family was well off financially. Meg continued
to work as an elementary school teacher and continued her active social
life. But she was more dependent than ever on Cherry, who now ruled the
children with an iron fist. It was at her suggestion that all six
children were put on Puericil or Puericil G when they turned ten years
old. This, of course, prevented them from going though puberty and left
them even smaller than normal for their ages.
Cherry has adopted
the most radical aspects of the Puericil program. She believes in
frequent spankings, nudity and public embarrasment as tools to keep the
children in their place. All six of the children are often found naked
in the home and the back yard, especially when visitors are present.
Among the neighbors the kids are known as “The Six Little Bares.” Their
bare bottoms are as well-known as their faces, both in town and at the
Runyan’s’ summer cabin near a lake about 100 miles north of town. And
those bottoms are often red, as Meg and Cherry believe in frequent
spankings.

Doris Webster, known as “DD” or “DeeDee” has just turned fourteen and
graduated from the eighth grade. Her parents, Drs. Michael and Janet
Webster are anthropology professors at a large Eastern university.
DeeDee is their only child and thoroughly spoiled. She is small and

well. The Websters have been offered the opportunity to spend their
sabbatical year excavating a find of early hominid fossils in Africa.
They had hoped to bring DeeDee with them, but the dig site is remote

have decided to send DeeDee to live with Janet’s older brother Daniel
Loring and his wife, Peggy, in Arizona. The Lorings live in a remote
town of about 10,000 people, most of whom are members of the Reformed
Church of Saint Timeas, an fairly obscure sect with some rather odd
religious and cultural practices. The Lorings have three children;
Angela (“Angie”), 17, Roberta (“Bobbi”), 14 and George, 12.
